Options for long leave periods: Members of my team have gone on leave for 1-2 months to do long trips or to visit their home country.
Generous Sick Leave: You do not need to worry about returning to work if you are seriously sick as WSP will support you with generous sick leave policies which is above the standard 10 days of sick leave per year.

If you walk or get public transport to work, you will receive a subsidy to cover your travel costs. Graduates are also entitled to an allowance every few months to go towards social events or lunches etc. with other graduates.

Sick leave is very generous. Grad programme is very supportive and fun, with subsidised trips/activities/meals offered to encourage networking with the other grads. We also get many discounts, bonuses, and private health insurance

Pays a fee for PT/ active travel mode use to get to work for 12 months (March 2023 - 2024). We are a part of an employee discount scheme on some products but I only know 1-person who has ever used it.
