Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Overall the company's culture seems very good. People are friendly and supportive, and it feels like the directors are eager to see members of the auditing team develop their careers. Morning tea is prepared for us on Wednesdays and Fridays, which is a really nice time to socialize with co workers. I really appreciate the structure of the auditing department. Those at the top of the hierarchy seem very engaged with all members of the department, and seem to take a hands on approach. It gives me confidence that they will run the department well, as they know what happens on the "front line."

Well, I remain focus on my daily tasks at work, didn't pay much attention to the structure and hierarchy things, and these things did not affect me too much, that's what makes me like the culture here.

Our company fosters a multicultural environment where colleagues are supportive and friendly. The office culture emphasizes cooperation and teamwork, both in structured settings and through informal interactions. From what I have observed, the bonds formed at work often extend beyond professional relationships, with many of us becoming good friends outside of office hours.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the hierarchy is not very strict and intimidating, I don't feel uncomfortable speaking to my higher ups.

Work culture is alright. People just come in and get stuck into work. Nothing really outside of work hours.

Depending on how big the client is, the general structure is: Graduate/junior -> senior audit -> Manger or Assistant manager -> Directors Everyone in the audit team is always very helpful and are willing to answer all of my questions

Teams consists of accountants (grad, intermediate, senior), assistant manager/manager and associate directors/directors. Directors are approachable and open to discuss with staff, provide guidance where needed. Regular meetings are conducted. Overall teamwork is excellent, however, at some levels in the hierarchy, there's very poor training/mentoring provided, poor communication, very little to no socializing. There's a lot of co-operation between different teams to help sort out issues/queries.
