Company's culture is inclusive and positive. I feel a level of trust between my peers and managers. Their recognition gives me a sense of belonging. Hierarchy helps to know what matters can be escalated to who. Managers are relied on to provide companywide updates. There's more socialising in office in comparison to outside of the office as well as socialising through catchups online.

During work hours the culture is good, the company has put culture as a primary focus in recent years. People are mostly respectful and happy to work with you. After hours there are occasionally meetings or needless messages in whatsapp groups

Teamwork is great, socialising is easy during and after work

The office culture is good but it can be quiet on some days. Everyone is very willing to work together and cooperate, no matter what level of experience they are. As a graduate you get a lot of exposure to senior team members, locally and internationally.

The culture of the company is probably one of the highlights with the company. Everyone has been really welcoming and supporting, and super fun to work with both in office and after work.

Usually, I find that each individual team structure is very tight and close. However, different teams don't tend to mix with each other very much. The teamwork is really positive with everyone being super helpful and willing to give their time. Socializing depends on the team you are in; each team differs but generally there is always something social happening.

The overall company's culture is good and the culture between the graduates is great. The site culture I find below average. However, talking to people within the business I believe the site is in a transitional period and the culture could improve with time.

I feel like the culture here is really good

Company culture overall is good as everyone is caring and supportive. The company structure is top down, although leaders and direct reports have all been very approachable. Employees have the option of working from home, however it is very team dependent with some teams working from home more days than others.

From what I've seen so far, the culture is great all around. There are some departments with more intense/relaxed cultures, but that is normal.

Great culture of after work drinks and ad hoc engagements in the office
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Jul 2023
An amazing and positive culture whereby everyone is there to help, mentor and guide you. Overall, such an amazing place to work.

There is a structured hierarchy, but everyone is willing to assist you. Co-operation and teamwork is excellent due to the nature of the business but can move slow as company is large. Good social drinks after work.

The company is a very social one - especially out of hours at events like the monthly company-wide drinks. It is quite cross functional which supports the social nature of the office.

Whilst there is hierarchy within the structure everyone is open and willing to help each other no matter their position. After hours - very good lots of connection between employees
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Jan 2023
Very little after hour activities, Disconnect with the leadership team, High turnover = poor team growth, Very little outside of work relationships built

Despite its shortcomings, there are some truly great people at the company, even in HR. The problem is that a few people in management are neither competent nor invested in the people they manage. There are some great managers who truly get in the trenches with their team to work out solutions, but then there are the politicians who are more concerned with spin-doctoring, covering up, looking good and deflecting the blame onto others.

Out of the office our company has a great culture, staff are very friendly and often socialise in a very comfortable environment. Inside the office all staff are very friendly and very happy to help when they can. The high pressure and performance driven nature of the company however can sometimes lead the culture to be stressful at times.

Too hierarchical and competitive. Lots of people are nice and friendly but there's also lots who don't even acknowledge you.
