Recruitment Process

  1. The steps our recruitment process
    • Step 1 – Application to include CV, cover letter & your academic transcript
    • Step 2 –pre-Sceen video interview with the General Manager  (30 min) 
    • Step 3 – In-Person interview with Manager & Partner (30-45min)
    • Job Offer

  • Competency – we look at your technical skills and / or transcript
  • Can do attitude – willing to learn

Remuneration & Career Growth

Our Graduate program has been created so that after 2 years the applicants come our with sold foundations that they will take well into their professional careers. 

Subsidised study reimbursement program - We encourage further study to gain your CA with fully subsidised study reimbursement program - including paid days off to study before exams/assignments.

Our Graduate roles begin at $55k AUD per annum

Pathway guide:
Grad Accountant (min 1 yr) > Accountant(1-4yrs) > Senior  Accountant (4-6yrs )> Manager (6+yrs)> Partner (10+yrs)
