As an analyst, my role predominately involves undertaking research, performing financial analysis, preparing presentations and building financial models.
I was given a lot of autonomy to select and apply appropriate materials, components and devices for the redesigned system, which would increase reliability and ultimately promote plant uptime.
Don’t judge your success and happiness against the achievements of others. You don’t know what they are dealing with or going through so, although they may appear to be successful and happy, the opposite may be true. You do you.
I have been working on projects relating to Indigenous engagement, such as the National Reconciliation Week Market Day DISR hosted and using this experience towards making a NAIDOC week market event that will be even better than the last.

The best part of my job is how much responsibility I’m given as a graduate. We’re seen as future leaders of the business and are given really interesting projects to work on.
The best part of my job is seeing my projects get executed on site. After spending so long stewarding a project through the different stages, seeing something finally installed and giving the benefit that it needed to is very rewarding.
