Sheridan [00:00:03] Are there any specific actions or tasks that you do at work every day that are just like the best part of your day kind of thing?
Sheridan [00:00:10] So probably only recently I've actually just started helping out with our new grad program, so I'm on the other side now learning and helping to implement how we're going to get new grads. So that was quite interesting to see the process from the other side of how we ... What tests we use or kind of what qualities of what we're looking for in a grad. So I found that really interesting. So I'm currently doing all of the scheduling, all the programs for the grads that we just recruited. So getting together all of their rotations and the presentations that we're going to present to them and all of the different managers that they're going to meet. So I found that really interesting. I also have really been loving my recruitment side, so I get to chat with different people from all over the country, sometimes New Zealand as well about the job that they're looking for. And I find it really fulfilling to help someone obtain a job that they've really been wanting to.
