Everyone will have to volunteer in the community at some point which is great, hasn't happened yet.

There are lots of committees and opportunities to be involved. They encourage Grads to be involved in these committees and help work towards sustainability, the RAP/ local communities engagement, inclusion and diversity etc. Then at a global there is lots of work (mainly Italy and France) towards our global ESG goals.
