I believe the graduate salary is standard but competitive in the industry. - Apparently, salary review only only after 1 year (not sure how this usually works, but seems like a long time to me). - A recent initiative was introduced to be rewarded for learning. However, you need to dedicate a large amount on time to this, which can be hard to achieve whilst also working on your client account.
