As a graduate, I initially started off with an intensive one month training program, teaching us essential business and technical skills. I was then on-boarded with my client, where I will spend a rotation of at least 6 months with my allocated team. My client and their company have been very inclusive of me, and there have been sufficient training to ensure I can carry out my daily duties. My day-to-day responsibilities vary, but mostly include carrying out project work, business-as-usual activities, and having meeting with stakeholders.

The day to day responsibilities varies for each graduate, although we are all enrolled in a Elevate curriculum for the next 3 years to help us grow our skills both technical and non-technical. I love the learning systems in place at TCS and could not be more thankful.
