As an Agribusiness Banking Graduate, you will experience three eight-month rotations within different rural business areas in Regional QLD or NSW. Farmers are the backbone of Australia and they rely on the expertise and understanding of our dedicated Relationship Managers to help their businesses reach their full potential.

We are looking for Graduates who:

•  Are seeking to kick start their career in financial services and are eager to proactively participate in their own career journey
•  Possess high level communication skills, love building relationships, are motivated, flexible, resilient and able to work collaboratively within diverse teams
•  Are prepared to live regionally and to move around during their graduate program.
•  Are happy to be part of regional communities attending & supporting local events
•  Have a background in Australian Farming / Agri services business. We want the right person for the right job!

The successful candidates will:

•  Complete a video interview
•  Attend our Virtual Assessment Centre
•  Accept offer
•  Commence your Grad Program on 31st January 2022.
