Our Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is a dynamic 12-month journey designed to give you hands-on experience in key areas of our business. You’ll rotate through three core business areas – Claims, Domestic Insurance, and Commercial – spending four months each.

The programme aims to set you up for success by providing invaluable experience, continuous guidance, training, and exposure to different facets of the business. Along the way, you'll work closely with managers, key stakeholders, and teams from across the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gain experience in different areas of the business through rotational placements
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders and get involved in exciting projects
  • Deliver exceptional service while learning about the insurance industry
  • Build a strong foundation for your professional career
