Culture at Reserve Bank of Australia

8.4
8.4 rating for Culture, based on 8 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
During office hours, the workplace demands are reasonable and boundaries for work life balance are respected and enforced by colleagues throughout the organisation. Among graduates, the culture is quite social and friendly. Within teams, there is not a large culture of after-work socialising.

very structured and hierarchal. lots of corporation and team work within teams. lots of social events outside of work - both self organised and Bank organised.

The culture is good and there has been an increase in focus of being more open and dynamic. Everyone is quite friendly and willing to have a chat in the office. Management are approachable and willing to help. I feel like there could be more socialising after office hours within Finance, but I do get that interaction with the other graduates across different departments.
