As a Marketing Graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different teams across one of SA’s largest & most iconic Marketing departments. During these rotations, you will get the opportunity to develop your skills through practical, hands-on, and strategic Marketing activities such as (but not limited to):

  • Utilise market research, competitor analysis, customer insights and industry research to identify trends, opportunities and threats used to inform the strategies
  • Use these strategic plans to communicate what is occurring in the market to stakeholders in Product, Campaign, Membership, Retail, Product and Digital teams, and inform future activities that will drive member and revenue growth
  • Support the Brand, Advertising & Sponsorship team to plan and implement marketing activity that generates positive outcomes for our members and the organisation
  • Assist the Brand, Advertising & Sponsorship team with a range of projects, including campaign development and sponsorship activations

About you  

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

  • Currently studying marketing or related discipline due to complete in 2023 or completed in 2022 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to organise workloads effectively while maintaining full ownership over work tasks and managing through to completion
  • Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies)
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management will be an advantage
