Weโre looking for Summer Interns who will start with us in November 2025, Graduates who will start with us in February 2026 and Graduates who will start with us in July 2025.
With our Deals Strategy team, you will be at the leading edge of value creation and commercial due diligence in New Zealand. This is an ideal area for individuals from diverse backgrounds who are curious about solving challenging business problems.
Our team undertakes detailed commercial due diligence on target companies. We assess a comprehensive range of critical aspects: the market scale and dynamics, target company performance and market perceptions, the impact of competitors, the impact of disruption and new technologies, and the potential upside in the target organisationโs business plan. I support my team in our client-facing work, which includes creating proposals, generating reports and cleaning data. I am also responsible for any ad-hoc requests made by my team.
A typical day for me includes: - Working with clients to support graphic design outputs and assets (illustration, playback docs, prototyping) - Assisting with workshop facilitation - Building Miro boards
I have regular GST clients I work on each month, I have other clients who I continue to work on and then every now and then I'll get given other clients financials to work on that I've never done before.
