Our Business Restructuring Services team work with organisations to develop a pragmatic approach to help them emerge from times of hardship wiser, stronger and more resilient.
In our team, you will work alongside businesses and stakeholders to give a fresh and objective perspective, assist in developing concise and relevant information for decision making, and help to develop and launch turnaround strategies. When business difficulties become too extreme, you will play a crucial role in the formal insolvency process, where a professional, empathetic and rational head is needed.
You will be supported in developing a strategic, commercial, logical, analytical and investigative approach to solving problems. You will also learn to build trusting relationships and guide businesses by applying empathy, objectivity, active listening and strong communication.

I support my team in our client-facing work, which includes creating proposals, generating reports and cleaning data. I am also responsible for any ad-hoc requests made by my team.
A typical day for me includes: - Working with clients to support graphic design outputs and assets (illustration, playback docs, prototyping) - Assisting with workshop facilitation - Building Miro boards
I have regular GST clients I work on each month, I have other clients who I continue to work on and then every now and then I'll get given other clients financials to work on that I've never done before.
