Your role

This is definitely not your average sales position. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, spearheading the hunt for exciting new business opportunities. 

We have hit success, but are still a small team with plenty of scope for you to help shape where we go next. • Performance-based earnings, with uncapped commissions. On target earnings of $110,000+

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Manage recruitment attraction campaigns for leading companies in Australia and New Zealand
• Using your skills and industry knowledge to provide objective advice and expertise on the best strategy to recruit and retain Gen-Z talent
• Leverage Prosple’s proprietary data to identify opportunities to improve graduate program structure and recruitment practices
• Maintaining the CRM database and reporting on sales progress
• Representing our business at industry events and conferences

About you

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent presentation and communication skills. You are self-directed, able to work autonomously and have confidence in prospecting for new leads and closing new business. Previous experience in sales is looked upon favourably, although not essential.
