Our annual wage includes super which isn't fair as we are basically funding our own super contributions. When super went up on July 1st - we essentially too a pay cut

Pay seems in-line with other firms at similar levels, however during the graduate programme there are only small performance incentives for encouraging work above expectations.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Jul 2024
Pay is probably on the lower side of the average graduate salary however cannot complain as you are only a graduate, and your pay will increase as you get promoted. However, based on discussions with other seniors, the pay jump is not significant and is one of the leading reasons as to why they look to working at other firms once they have the experience. There is no performance bonus at the firm for analysts. May be different for directors and partners.

Very good in comparison to other similar graduate roles at other firms, especially when accounted for the fact that we are not overworked and we are well looked after.

The pay is at industry standard and receive bonus for completing CA.
Graduate, Melbourne - 05 Jul 2024
The pay is extremely low for the standard of work that is expected. The bonuses are absolutely minimal.

No bonuses. Pay is alright for a graduate level.

Pay is on par with the professional services industry and with promotion opportunities available there is ample room for growth.

Whilst I appreciate that Pitcher Partners may be at industry level standards, I feel we are not sufficiently remunerated for the work we undertake.

Pay is pretty standard for grads. Not aware of any bonuses for grads.

Pay is low for what is expected from us and pay rises have been minimal since we started. Graduates in the year below us are paid almost the same as us despite us having an extra year of experience. there isn't much transparency about how our pay will look over the coming months-years and what to expect. This is usually why people leave as exit opportunities offer much more pay.
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Oct 2023
Pretty average pay, no pay rises with inflation this year - however grads will start on a higher pay than the previous year did. Lateral hires will usually get paid more
Graduate, Melbourne - 20 Oct 2023
Pay is reasonable for the industry we are in. But in terms of pay compared to other industries it is low
Graduate, Melbourne - 20 Oct 2023
At graduate level, remuneration is average. this seems to be the case across all professional service firms.
Graduate, Melbourne - 17 Oct 2023
There are no bonuses

In line the market rate. And at corporate finance we also have a bonus structure.
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Oct 2023
Pay is quite poor. Also standardised throughout graduate program. No recognition for high performance. slightly below average for other large accounting firms possibly.
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Oct 2023
My salary is really great for my current level. I do not receive bonuses.

I have only been at the company for a short time so I have limited knowledge of this process. From my understanding though, there are salary increases each year after performance reviews and promotions.
Graduate, Melbourne - 17 Dec 2019
Lower than a lot of other firms in the industry and no bonus' at year end. Wouldn't mind a bonus. But the company does spend a lot on us in terms of training and other benefits.
