Diversity at Pitcher Partners

The workplace appears to be really diverse from people with different cultural backgrounds and different educational backgrounds.

The company often runs events to support diversity. The office is very multicultural and there is a diverse mix of cultures, nationalities and genders.

There is a good spread of males/females of approximately a 60/40 split between male and females. Staff come from very diverse backgrounds and the firm supports each background and support the LGBTIQA+ community here.

Company is very diverse with all groups represented.

There are heaps of diversity initiatives at PP. In my cohort there was a 50/50 split between men and women. The maternity/paternity leave policies seem pretty good.

The company appears to be making a concerted effort to improve diversity and celebrates cultural events/days and they have a women's network. I believe they are improving maternity leave and such policies. There is a roughly 50% split of gender, but that is very skewed towards men the more senior you go. E.g. at partner level, barely any females.

Pitcher Partners is deeply committed to promoting diversity. The People Experience Team has initiated numerous programs to educate staff about various cultures, genders, and ethnicities.

In many instances turned their head too strongly towards diversity which has caused others to miss out on opportunities.

New women's network, we always have events on in recognition of various minorities (e.g. wear it purple day). We had a survey recently around how to improve diversity and inclusion and PP takes steps to put the feedback from these into action.

The workplace in general is inclusive and diverse.

It seems like the firm is very committed to diversity, by employing diverse staff and also acknowledging significant events for various diverse staff (religious and cultural holidays, pride week etc)

No experience in this area. But are a moderately diverse range of employees.

All races, religions, sexual orientation are well respected within the firm.

There is a D&I committee which is excellent to promote diversity in the workplace

I would say there is no discrimination within the workplace and there is support for everyone (maternity leave etc.).

The firm runs regular diversity and inclusion presentations which the whole firm is invited to. I have attended two of them and they have made me very proud to work for a firm that is so open-minded and inclusive.

I don't know this, apart from maybe the fact that the company acknowledges significant cultural events as stated above.

Have a university scholarship to assist people to attend uni and find a job afterwards.

Perform charity work

Helps fund scholarships for studying students from less privileged backgrounds.

The firm brings secondees and cadets from places like Malaysia, New Zealand and the U.S as well as many other places that gives people new opportunities and experiences that are invaluable for their development back home.

N/A - Not too certain but there are definitely programs which attract other universities not only from Monash/Melbourne.
