Managers and partners are all very accessible at ow, which is not the case at all consulting firms. Everyone values transparency so anonymous upward feedback to your managers is a key process here. Downward feedback and mentorship is the norm at ow and the firm does a lot of work to ensure that feedback is unbiased and actionable

Lots of great people at Oliver Wyman who can make great mentors. Like any company, not everyone is perfect, but most people should be able to find appropriate role models
