Management is very supportive of your growth and development; we are encouraged to have development plans and have consistent feedback on our performance. Managers at any team are willing to o_er advice or have a chat if you ask.

My managers have all been very accessible and are always willing and open to help with any questions or concerns. They valued my opinion from Day One, and provide both praise and criticism in an appropriate way.

My manager / the advisors are very approachable and welcome questions. I feel they recognise where there is a good teaching opportunity and support me through it. They have great communication and are only ever a phone call away if not in the office which is great to know. Recognition has been good; I am not 100% confident in my role so it is nice to feel successful when I do something well.
