Culture at NZX

Everyone is great, across all levels. Even the highest management are super approachable and keen for a chat.

I would say NZX has the perfect work environment where it promotes cooperation and teamwork among team members.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you can ask anyone for help or start a conversation and they will take time for you. There are after work social events every so often to get to know more people and get amongst a fun activity.

In the o_ce everyone is really friendly and down to earth. Does not seem to be unhealthy hierarchy amongst colleagues - everyone gets along and enjoys each others company. Have not experienced any after hour culture yet, although the social club seems to be really awesome and I am excited to get immersed.

NZX has a very flat hierarchy and encourages collaboration between different teams and role levels. When in the office, there is an emphasis on asking questions and sharing knowledge in order to produce the best work possible. NZX has a great social aspect, with many events occurring both in the office, and outside of office hours. There is no pressure to attend these events, however it is a great opportunity to further build on the relationships made in the working environment.

NZX has a great working culture where it is very flat. You get so many people that are ready to support you, whatever you are facing. There is no executive corner at NZX, you literally sit a desk away from your general manager and might share a snack sometimes. It has been a place where I don't hate Monday but rather looking forward to coming to the o_ce on Monday. It sounds very unreal, but it is actually how I feel. Our colleagues become real friends, not just colleagues at work. NZX has a very strong, easy going culture where there is a social club which gather people together and always have a great turn out.
