We offer a broad consulting capability across business strategy, public policy, organisational capability, executive talent and development, transformational change and digital strategy and capability.
You will play a key role in various multidisciplinary teams and get the opportunity to be involved in projects across many different sectors, financial services, education, human services and health for example. This also includes, but is not limited to, projects where we work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations.

Your development doesn’t end at induction, it continues for your time at Nous with a wide range of learning opportunities through check-ins, webinars, online learning, on-project learning and formal learning programs.
Our graduate consultants have the opportunity to rotate across all service lines. Gaining experience across strategy, public policy, economics, transformation & implementation, organisational performance, leadership & capability, data & analytics, digital, and design.
