Your role

What You Will Do:

  • Handling all P.O.s and payments
  • Leading the creation of their music library on social, from briefing their music agency to rounds of feedback to final upload to Opera
    • This is key – as their local markets use these songs on their social videos for launches
  • Leading bi-monthly product laydown shoot logistics, from coordinating with their production studio to pulling creative references to leading 6+ rounds of feedback across social & content team and marketing
  • Leading mental health project: Lifter Animation
    • Coordinating with scriptwriter, animator, rounds of feedback from their team & Cause lead
  • Administrative tasks
    • Shipping out products to influencers (KEY!!) and ensuring they have enough product
    • Opera submissions
    • Social performance recaps
  • Creating briefs for influencer content
    • Brainstorming concepts + creating briefs to send to agencies
    • Handling rounds of feedback for delivery back to the creator

About you

What They Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree
  • The ideal candidate should have previous cosmetic/beauty marketing experiences (not mandatory) within a group or an agency
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Creative visionaries and strategic thinkers with a strong sense of aesthetics 
  • Resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Passionate about trends, new products, and advertising 
  • Organizational skills: ability to self-manage projects, track and meet important timings/milestones 
  • Analytical mindset: feels confident about working with numbers and data (Excel)

Compensation & benefits

The salary for this role is 28.50/hr.
