Position Overview:
The L'Oréal USA 12-month Junior Digital Associateinternship program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The program is a paid internship opportunity for candidates who have graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and are able to work 40 hours per week.
They are looking for a passional, bright, and energetic Junior Digital Associate to join the Urban Decay CosmeticsGlobal team in the Luxe Division of L’Oreal USA. At L’Oreal, their digital team is an opportunity to be at the center of L'Oréal's digital transformation. They are determined to be pioneers in the new beauty tech world, and by incorporating digital into everything that they do, they are creating a better relationship with their consumers. When beauty and tech collide, the impossible can happen!
Overall Responsibilities:
E-commerce Content Excellence:
Support briefing of new content packs for products (PDP), storefronts, hallmarks, and beauty services.
Work closely with Marketing, Education, and Creative on content creation and delivery (copy, image, videos)
Identify SEO opportunities and provide recommendations for the creation of new launch web copy and optimizing/refreshing existing.
Project Management:
Ecom Generosity Moments (Prime Day/Black Friday): Assist in briefing and creating site, media, and CRM assets, working closely with the internal team and agency.
Innovation: manage the day-to-day relationship with an agency when working on a specific pilot project.
Beauty Tech: support maintenance/upload of product catalog within their digital service tools (Virtual Try-On, Product Finders) and assist with implementation of new services (AI Tools).
DTC: support e-merchandising briefing.
Reporting & Consumer Insights:
Gather and lead new launch performance reports across their online channels (DTC, e-Retail, Amazon).
Create and manage a Digital Shelf Report, identifying opportunities and providing business recommendations (quarterly).
Lead Digital Innovation competitive landscape report, highlighting the latest digital trends and best practices in beauty – TikTok Shop, AI/CGI, gaming, etc. (quarterly).
About you
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred; must have graduated within the past 12 months
Enthusiastic about web and e-commerce (user experience, consumer journey, content)
Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the beauty world and beauty trends
Has attention to detail, is consumer-centric at the core, and is a creative problem-solver
Must be analytical and KPI-driven
Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Proactive and results-oriented thinker who would flourish in an environment where new ideas are championed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must provide valid work authorization in the United States
