About the Internship 

  • Commencing: end of July 2024
  • Duration: 6-months part time, for 3-4 days a week – flexible around your study schedule
  • Immerse yourself into the business with hands on experience
  • Exposure to the corporate environment and real business responsibilities
  • Be allocated a buddy from the Management Trainee program and network with top talent
  • Develop essential skills to help you path your way into the L’Oréal Management Trainee (Graduate) Program 2026
  • Gain marketing experience on the Garnier Brand in the Consumer Products Division

About you 

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial and innovative interns to help create the future of Beauty. You will be exposed to real opportunities within in a fast paced team and develop key skills to assist you throughout your future. Exceptional time management and self drive are vital for you to succeed in the internship role. 
  
Must have 

  • Be a penultimate (2nd last year) Undergraduate student and due to graduate by end of 2025
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organised and ability to manage deadlines
  • Confident to network and collaborate with diverse individuals.
  • An open mindset and agility to embrace risks and resilience to navigate uncertainty
  • Strong focus on data and comfortable working in Excel
  • Ambitious with a desire to go beyond!
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian/NZ Citizen to apply. Students who do not have these working rights will not be considered.
