Very happy with my managers, very approachable and easy to understand

My manager and mentor (two separate individuals), are really accessible to talk to and approach. They are both willing and able to make time to work with me on feedback, and are willing to assist where they can.

Limited interaction but when they do interact, they are very approachable and willing to talk

good relationships with management and staff, most with open door policies

Managers are usually quite busy but they are able to address any needs you have.

My direct managers are excellent mentors and they have really taken me on in their team. My department managers I never see.

Managers are reasonable accessible given their workloads. In my experience they also make fantastic mentors, they have varied and detailed experience which they are keen to pass on. Internal communication can be an issue within the business but things tend to get done regardless. Everyone is very supportive and are quick to recognize effort.

I have a really good structure as a graduate, I have a buddy, supervisor and a mentor as well. I get plenty of support from the business as well.

Managers are always accessible as they work closely to other team members, and are open to talk. There are plenty of people who you can refer to for help.

Management is always available for consultation. Highly supportive and collaborative. The company also offers training seminars where people across all levels of the business can meet.

Everyone is super busy with the large scale project, however, if you wish to reach out to a high level manager, they are willing.

Managers are approachable and have open door policy. Recognition is done quite well at LXRA with formal recognition made quite regularly but informal recognition is not as frequent nor visible.
