Your new role

An average week for an Intern Business Operations Coordinator could include a wide range of activities including:

  • Using your attention to detail you will work as part of a small business operations, multidisciplinary team to provide general support to improve and establish more effective ways of running our business;
  • Use your verbal and written communication skills to liaise and communicate between internal operational teams and corporate enabling functions – such as; Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Risk and Quality;
  • Assisting with the operational aspects of corporate functions;
  • Contributing to quality assurance reviews, corrective actions and process improvement;
  • Support Corporate reporting requirements;
  • Applying your skills to understand broader program issues and discover potential solutions to ensure high-quality work and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to solve problems and develop new ways to improve key enabling processes

About you and what you’ll bring
