Your role

As part of the two-year Graduate Development Program, you will be assigned to the People Team and provided with practical on-the-job experience combined with technical training, professional development and support from their friendly team.

The People team provides support to the business across the full array of Human Resources activities. For your first year, you will support the Learning & Development and Resourcing Teams. For your second year, based on the needs of the business during your Graduate program, you will have the opportunity to complete rotations to work in some of the sub-teams.

  • Drive to learn and grow in your career in the Human Resources field

Eligibility

To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

  • At the time of application, hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Have recently graduated from a relevant Human Resources degree e.g., Bachelor of Human Resources Management or similar.
