We have an annual weekend getaway trip (it's free!) and we don't know where we're going until the actual day itself. They give some clues here and there to let people guess and make bets with each other. It also comes with a Saturday night theme where people will dress up according to the theme. We have other fun events like superhero day, trading for charity, etc. but I think the getaway trip is probably the most fun.

Dinner is available every weeknight. If you must leave work after 8pm then the company will pay for an Uber ride home. Expenses for moving from interstate are covered, and a relocation agent is assigned to assist in finding a place to live.
