A career without compromise starts here.

At Grant Thornton, we see the world a little differently - not for how things are, but for how they could be. And when it comes to people, we see you differently too – with near limitless potential to unlock and harness.

Every day we seek to reach for remarkable - in the opportunities we unlock, the experience we share and the results we deliver. But unleashing the remarkable in each of us takes CARE, and that connects our passion with the purpose we live by. It’s why we go beyond in the way we care for our people, clients and communities, and support them to thrive, always.

Your opportunity

For a business of any size, managing risk is a complex and time-consuming exercise – but it’s also critical to the long-term growth, brand reputation and sustainability of that organisation.

Our Risk Consulting team partners closely with clients on their risk management processes and strategies – ensuring they are paying their people correctly, securing their cyber resilience, helping them to spot early issues in your governance procedures and ready to tackle crime targeting their industry sector.

Joining the Risk Consulting team as a graduate will see you:

  • attending client meetings and workshops
  • undertaking the engagement fieldwork – walking through a client’s processes controls, setting up work papers, testing a client’s controls
  • summarising findings and writing reports
  • developing client presentations.

Our Risk Consulting team accepts applications from students of all disciplines but is particularly well suited to students majoring in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Law, Data Analytics or Business Information Systems

Opportunities are open for graduate and students to explore a career within our broader Risk team or within Technology Risk.
