About the Role

As a Graduate Training Advisor, you will learn how to develop and maintain training programs and plans according to the needs of a variety of crews and departments. You will analyse training reports and suggest improvements that can be made throughout the training process. You will learn how to develop training programs and material according to national competency standards and safety considerations. You will forecast and schedule routine mandatory and task-specific training requirements.

The successful applicant will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Training or Education – minimum of a Diploma
• Have graduated from university within the last 2 years
