Primary Purpose of Role- 

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Unsecured Lending products for the Banking field, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients who have inquiries or concerns related to their banking products or services. You will be required to handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels, and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience: 

  • Good communication in English both verbal and written as they will be speaking with customers
  • Understanding of Business Banking products 
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients inquiring about banking products or Services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
  • Attention to details ,high accuracy 
  • Problem solving and Decision-making skills 
  • Developing good customer relationship

Qualifications we seek in you

  • High School Certificate or Any Graduate 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of banking product
  • Previous experience in customer service or the banking industry is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
