  • Work on real-time customer-facing situations and provide consulting to create viable and winning solutions

  • Leading strategic initiatives within Genpact like knowledge content creation and helping build service lines etc.

We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Financial Markets.

Function: Financial Services Analytics

We require someone with a bachelor's or master's degree in 

  • Data Analytics
  • Computer Science
  • Finance
  • Business Analytics

  • Law

Responsibilities

  • Build the solutions using Statistical Analysis and Advanced Analytics tools, technologies and techniques
  • Data mapping, modelling, extraction, cleansing and processing from multiple data sources to meet the information needs of the client’s business
  • Create future state data governance structures and create new ways of working
  • Data cleansing and establishing data business rules for the enterprise, product, vendors and customers
  • Build automated reporting and dashboards leveraging advanced analytics and automation
  • Partner with lead solutions architects in developing solution designs and proofs of concept
  • Support knowledge initiatives within the organization, which include the creation of case studies, training, writing white papers, etc.

Minimum qualifications

  • Understanding of Financial Markets products and having domain experience
  • Knowledge of delivering business requirements and process analysis
  • Knowledge of business analysis & project methodology
  • Ability to consult and build buy-in from business stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical
  • Ability to facilitate workshops
  • Should work in teams and be accountable to drive deliverables
  • Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed/ supported by a team
