The People - Everyone is super nice. Being Independent - I get left alone to do my work and not helicoptered the whole day.
Good working culture and everyone is willing to help out when I have trouble.
The people at my company are super friendly and the culture is good. I like the fish tank in the office
Career progression, work-life balance.
Great people, great clients, always room to move forward
Pay is a little low.
Irregular workload - can get really hectic at times but then I have no work at other times.
