Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for Graduates to join our Human Resources team. Graduates will work within the HR Delivery Team and work on a number of key initiatives and projects that will support driving automation, process improvement and value add HR Business Partners and the organisation.  

With the support of your manager and mentor, you will gain expertise of key HR Processes, role functions, and technologies. You will also gain experience working with Employee Relations, supporting managers and employees in areas of Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition supporting the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System and identifying areas where automation can be leveraged to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. The Graduate role will spend time analysing and interpreting data for key projects relating to the employee lifecycle.

As part of the 12-month program starting in February 2021, you will build relationships and work closely with all levels of management which will allow you to develop the communication skills required for a successful career.  This is a role that provides varied experiences across a broad field of Human Resources team to enable the graduate to develop:

  • An understanding of how Fujitsu operates
  • Strong communication skills  (oral and written)
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Understanding of HR Processes
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in the context of a global corporate organisation
  • Business analysis and presentation skills

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Graduates who;

  • Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a Bachelor's or Master's degree with majors which may include: Business, Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources
  • Are achievement-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a Human Resources career
  • Have strong Data Analytical ability
  • Have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally
  • Have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally.
  • Have the maturity to work in an environment that warrants frequent interaction with senior management, executives and customers.
  • Have good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Are highly customer service focussed and able to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Have good written and oral communication.
  • Have experience working within an administration function of a best practice, customer or shared service organisation is desirable.
  • Have strong concern for efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
