It was good, communicating was clear throughout and the interviews were professional and prompt.

Process seemed to take a long time with large gaps between each stage and little to no progress reports

Hiring process was quick and efficient.

Quick and easy

Applied through seek (i believe?) and then received an email to do the online video with a couple of questions being recorded as well as taking assessments where you had to answer as if you were in certain scenarios.

Everything was clear for me, they were really patient, especially with my language barriers at that time. the company return with the outcomes of the process took a little bit long but i understand there are many steps that need to be covered, so it is not a bad thing necessarily.

Competitive but company was open and kept me informed in a timely manner

From memory there was a phone interview first and then a face-to-face interview with 2 members of my office. it was a flowing process. i cannot remember if there were assessments, it may have been part of the phone call.

The interview process and assessment was reasonable related to the question, time frame and respond.

I was given a job at the completion of my work placement component at university.

Started with "what do you know about [company]?"

Mainly talked about telling them examples of certain situations i was in (like meeting deadlines, conflict type) and the work i did with a certain subject completed in my degree - i was given an assignment that consisted of doing some alignment journals on myob, creating financial statements, tac rec and letter of recommendation. then combine them into a report for a made up client.

About my background in brazil, and what kind of matters i was dealing with back then. those were mostly the questions they asked me.

Cant remember, asked questions about past scenarios

Questions related to my studies of my degree, past work experience, future goals, workplace behavioural questions and questions about myself in general.

The culture of the team. the timetable the trainng

I would recommend assessing your strengths and weaknesses, to have a response prepared for that.

Demonstrate you are interested in this job with this company by doing a little extra reading.

Studying the company's culture, values and goals is a good one to prepare for the interview and recruitment process.

Be honest and open about who you are

Just be yourself, have a couple notes handy with examples of different situations you have experienced in school/uni, prev/current jobs and or could be also with personal life as well. i used the star technique and it helped me with the steps in structuring my responses.

Dress-sharp and come relaxed

Do the research not only about the business that the company do but go further with the collaboration that the company involve and the community fund.
