My team isn't in very often, but everyone is extremely welcoming and makes me feel like a part of the group when we are. i enjoy that the hierarchy doesn't feel super "official" or overbearing in day to day interactions.

The culture within the office is very welcoming and the environment is comfortable to work in. we have team lunch together every friday - where we go out and buy whatever lunches we want and bring it back to the office to eat together and just have a discussion. we will be doing team activities again probably every month or so - the last one we did was karaoke after end of months drinks - that was fun.

Fairly basic top-down hierarchy. opportunities can be presented to work way up or even across to other service lines. tight-knit environment with strong emphasis on team work. company seems to highly value work/life balance and puts a lot into their social club.

There are plenty of opportunities for socializing especially during work hours with various morning tea's and huddles. after hours events are also encouraged. company culture is collaborative and you will need to work well with others. some pockets of expectation for working over-time.
