I am happy with the amount of money I am receiving. I understand that at this stage of my career I know very little and am still learning the ropes, so am being compensated as such. This may be the case because I am living at home with my parents and have limited expenses. I understand that my colleagues renting in Sydney have to budget hard in order to achieve financial goals.

So far no bonuses of yet. Would prefer to have my pay stated without the superannuation as it is misleading to your actual income. Actual income stated is preferred as it allows for you to see the figure and manage the income more efficiently.

As a grad, the pay is a little unexciting. I live alone and I rent, so I certainly don't have lots of disposable income. Similarly to how you approach university (a few years of hard work and foregone income as a long-term investment in my career), I view my first few years at EY as a training ground that will pay dividends in years to come.

Pay is really bad, well below market value if I were to go to another company. I think EY is in line with other big 4 companies but for other companies it's quite low.
