There is plenty of training at DXC and even more you can do if you want to further your field of knowledge. They will reimburse the certificate you get when you get the certificate for them.

DXC has many training platforms that are available to be utilised, and we are encouraged to complete lots of training. For the project management graduates, we had a full spreadsheet of training courses to complete. I have picked up a few Excel skills, as well as a theoretical comprehension of some broader project management concepts.

The formal training has been mixed. The face to face training has been good, but the online training has been ordinary. The on the job learning has been good, and it has allowed me to learn managerial skills, as well as general business analysis.
