The Opportunity

Join our talented Flextool team in this exciting new role which offers you the opportunity to learn on the job and grow your career with the leading brand. You will be responsible to design and deliver the after sales strategy and implement processes to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.

Reporting to the Product Manager- Flextool, you will work across diverse stakeholders to ensure the smooth and seamless functioning of the after sales portfolio. You will be involved in multiple projects supporting the after sales space and ensuring continuous improvements of the processes.

Day to day you will:

  • Focus on sales and profit performance of spare parts 
  • Manage & support a portfolio of service agents
  • Maintaining warranty register including costings, faults, and cost recovery from suppliers
  • Maintaining effective dialogue and relationships with key customers, suppliers, industry groups, and associations
  • Personally, engaging in contract negotiations and key sales presentations
  • A key point of contact for customer service escalations
  • Deliver market-leading aftersales care program ‘Flextool Promise’
  • Maintenance and development of technical support literature
