You will be responsible to design and deliver the after sales strategy and implement processes to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.
Reporting to the Product Manager- Flextool, you will work across diverse stakeholders to ensure the smooth and seamless functioning of the after sales portfolio. You will be involved in multiple projects supporting the after sales space and ensuring continuous improvements of the processes.

I enjoy my role because no two days are the same. Working in R&D I get to use my technical knowledge to solve problems and innovate new products. I am responsible for day-to-day maintenance of formulas and get to work with Manufacturing as well as Marketing to develop new products for our customers.
I work to develop NPD as well as maintaining the current product portfolio. Day-to-day, I balance my time in the lab making formulas and conducting testing, with research, results analysis and meetings.
