I feel as though my pay is adequate for my role and current workload. I hope that future pay raises are competitive and recognize an increase in knowledge and experience with the company.

The pay is good for the position that I am in, however I did hear that the people coming into the business next year with the same position will potentially be earning the same if not more than me. I would assume to be earning more than them seeing as I have more knowledge about the business than someone new entering into the business.
