Managers are quite accessible as most of them will help you when you need it but some do take a long time to respond. The mentors I had were good and helped me out when I needed to. I get feedback on performance and do get recognized when I achieve something such as completing a project.

Management is overall very approachable and friendly. In my experience they are also willing to help and are invested in both employees and the company's success. I have been provided with feedback and good communication during my time at DHL.
