DHL has a great work culture, the team gets on well at work and also outside of work. Team work is a must in logistics and DHL have created a great team work culture.

I think it's good that DHL's hierarchy is clearly defined as this gives structure and clarity to day-to-day operations. DHL has a good culture which is driven by the fact that most people are very friendly and easy going. DHL has good teamwork and cooperation.

The culture is good in the office with everyone being friendly and willing to help, even after hours there are times where I would catch up with colleagues. In terms of structure managers and supervisors they talk to employees casually on a day to day basis but when it is important they understand when to be serious, everyone works together to make work a fun and enjoyable place for everyone.
