There is limited parking and people are encouraged to use public transport, particularly as parking is an eye watering $15.50 a day. Recycling, green waste and general waste bins are in every kitchen with several kitchens per floor. And as before there is set to be a tram stop near by soon. I imagine electricity usage is quite high as there are thousands of laptops and monitors but I am otherwise unsure of any power saving systems.

Every floor has organic waste and recycling bins for use of employees. Most formal events use plastic-alternatives for kitchenware items.
