As a participant in the Deloitte Graduate Analyst Program, your responsibilities will include:
Gather and analyze information and formulate and test hypotheses.
Involve in discussions and work closely with the Project Manager to develop presentation recommendations for client management.
Implement recommendations with project and client team members.
Provide support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives.
Support and facilitate client workshops.
Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections.
About you

Available to commence work in October.
Graduating with a Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent. A Masters in HRM would be an added advantage.
Demonstrating good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage.
Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Training & development
