Graduate Program:

Our Daimler Truck and Bus Graduate Program saw our very first locally piloted Graduate Program commence in 2020. Graduates were invited to apply from all disciplines and went through a competitive and multi-faceted recruitment experience in order to secure their place in this inaugural program.

Our Graduate program aims to provide our talented graduates with the chance to immerse themselves in our fast-growing business and to expand their knowledge of our inspiring and innovative industry. This exciting opportunity is based at our head office located in Mulgrave, Victoria.

Our Graduate program is a 2-year program with three rotational 8-month assignments across three divisions: Finance, Aftersales and one of our prestigious brands (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Fuso). Our program typically concludes with a short overseas assignment to one of our global head offices in North America, Germany or Japan.

As a global company, we take pride in ensuring that all employees are provided with support and mentoring throughout their career with us. Our graduates will be provided with mentoring sessions from our internal senior management team as well as support from managers and our Human Resources team. Additionally, we have a tailored learning and development program to ensure that our staff members are driving their own development.

IBL Program

Our IBL Program is designed to expose students to real jobs, real experiences and real learning which will allow you to gain valuable workplace experience relevant to your chosen field of study. This one year opportunity to learn and work alongside our experienced team of Engineers and Sales professionals will aim to equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to accelerate your learning and gain valuable exposure to our brand, values and purpose- ensuring you are contributing to All Who Keep The World Moving.

Our 12-month IBL program will provide you with the opportunity to begin your career with a prestigious global brand. We offer fantastic on the job work experience combined with professional development opportunities to enable you to kick-start your future. The program commences mid-January and continues with full-time office hours until end of the following January.
