Within the Product & Strategy area of interest, you will have the chance to join the below program: 

• Business Banking – Sydney 
  • Product & Customer – Reimagine products and services for our Business Banking clients. You’ll get a chance to develop an end-to-end customer experience and make meaningful impact to customers from the smallest business to the largest corporates.

You will gain exposure to the management and strategic planning across areas such as Product Strategy, Risk Management and Digital. 

You’ll notice that our programs have a strong alignment to our customers, as we are committed to creating products and strategies aligned to our purpose.

The program commences on 20 February 2023, where you’ll join as a full-time permanent employee. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:  

• You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);
• In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
• Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).
