Pay is great, especially site loading. Can expect decent bonuses depending on personal and company performance.

This salary (as a chemical engineer) is more than anyone in my family growing up ever made, so it is hard to determine this for me. Bonus is performance based and can be scaled with your yearly pay increase. IE you could get a low yearly pay increase and high bonus or vice versa. Bonus is good. 1st year salary is competitive with my chemical engineering peers in mining (while in a much nicer setting imo).

Base compensation is very good compared to other companies in Perth. The bonus is dependent both on individual performance as well as overall business performance but is ~7-10% of base pay. Additional compensation comes in the form of company points which are handed out for going above & beyond or for delivering on work outside expected duties.

I'm very happy with my graduate salary, and I know there is a regular annual bonus scheme for employees, but I've not been in the company long enough to have experienced it yet.
