Pay is fair (perhaps slightly lower than elsewhere, but with good salary increases). Bonuses are not offered to lower career levels, so I cannot comment

Starting pay is reasonable, can not comment on pay rises as I am yet to receive one other than a standard graduate boost at 6 months

Best perks would be the flexible working arrangement as well as the weekly morning teas to connect with one another to share a bite and have a meeting.
