What questions were you asked in your interviews?
All sorts of questions ranging from skills, experience, what do you want to get out of the roll to even more personal questions that don't relate to your ability to work such as hobbies and things you like to do in your spare it. I felt these sort of questions were good as you could tell that Beca cares about ones wellbeing.

Learn about the company - what types of projects does Beca do in the region you're applying for (e.g. Beca Australia does different work to Beca NZ) Be confident, and be yourself
Graduate, Sydney - 01 Nov 2023
For the interview, be prepared but don't script it too much, the main point is to have a relaxed feel so that you seem smart but approachable and easy to get along with. In the interview, relax, if you are calm your conversation will flow better which is mainly what your interviewer is looking for.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Feb 2020
confidence is the key, don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions and be confident. Ask the employer more questions than they ask you. This lets the employer know you are keen on the company as much as the employer in you.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Feb 2020
Employers want a graduate that they think will be easy to get along with and has the enthusiasm and capacity to learn on the job. They don't expect you to know everything as a graduate. If you can show these qualities in the interview you're giving yourself the best chance.
